Seitan - the better Slimy!

I didn't even know that "Slimy" was still around until recently when I came across it in the supermarket. I really would have liked one if it hadn't been so ridiculously overpriced. But my genius brain soon came up with the perfect substitute:

I think seitan is the one thing that I enjoy more making than eating.
