I made this (the original is a wallpaper) for one of my beloved roommates who happens to be (on the way to become) a welder. And really into Hello Kitty. And tattoos. She also happens to be a woman which led to her applying for 200 job offers and always being rejected. For reasons such as "we don't have a women's toilet/changing facility" and the like. So much for post-feminism-what-else-do-you-want-in-our-times-of-oh-so-equal-opportunities?! I don't know what makes me more angry and scared: that there's still such an abundance of sexism in our society or that it's widely not even being recognized as such.

Hello Kitty! =) girls' favorite I guess, and yeah... I always thought why this kitty doesn't have a mouth.
Oh by the way, the quick sketch...I didn't draw real life...I drew it based on a photograph. My niece is 10,000 miles away from me :(
